グット フライデー(Good Friday)

今日はイースターホリデーの初日。祝日の名前は”Good Friday”。”良い金曜日”？いったい何の為の祝日なのだろうと不思議に思った。

今日はマルクも休みなので一緒にジムへ行き、ランニングマシーン、筋トレマシーン、サウナと祝日なだけにがらがらのジムでたっぷり汗をかいた。久しぶりにゆっくりした休日を満喫した。
