今朝、クアラランプールにいる彼からメールが届いてました。仕事に行くまで暇だったようで、こんな↓写真を作ってみたそうです。トムクルーズとの共演です。(笑！！！)うぬぼれ屋さんもいいところです。
(In this morning, I got e-mail from him staying at Kuala Lumpur. He was so free until going to work and made such a picture. ↓ Co-star with Tom Cruise. Funny!!! What's a vanity I have never seen.)

From Kuala Lumpur

This is a message for my dear Takako. I traveled yesterday to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, for work. I want to thank you for all your wonderful posts and attentions. You have to stay in Montreal for this time but we'll soon be together and then you'll join me to our next Tokyo trip. Time, as always, goes fast. My thoughts are always with you and I am sending you much love and energy from here!

American football

マルクの上司からチケットを頂いたので、アメリカンフットボールの観戦に行ってきました。ルールがよくわからなかったので行く前にウィキペディアでチェック。チアリーダ、セクシーでした!!

(We went to an American football match because his boss gave us tickets. I didn't know rules, so I checked those by Wikipedia before leaving. Cheerleaders were so sexy!! )

温泉へ行ってきました。こちらの温泉は森林の中にあり、自然の香りや音を満喫しながらリラックスすることができました。→http://www.lasourcespa.com/home.php?lg=en　何故かおしゃべり禁止のエリアが多く、とても静かな所でした。すっかり疲れがとれました。
(We went to Spa. That is located in the forest and the smell & sound of nature relaxed us. Most of the areas were silent areas, so it's so quiet place. The tiredness was eased at all!  )

Chopsticks

この前のサッカー観戦で知り合った同い年の男の子とマルクと3人でタパスを食べに行ってきました。その帰り、電車の中でお箸を髪飾り代わりに使っている人を発見。明らかな箸を2本、縦にさしていました。ビックリ。
(We were going out for Tapas with Marc and a friend whom we met the other day at sport bar when we were watching a soccer match. On our return by the train, We discovered a lady who used chopsticks as a barrette. That was obviously chopsticks and she stuck those vertically. So surprised!! )

TSA

今日、マルクがダラスから帰ってきた。家へ着いてスーツケースを開けた時、TSAのチェックを受けた通知書が入っているのを発見。プラス、問題を発見。ロックはTSA仕様のものが2つついている。1つは普通に開けられたようだが、もう一つの鍵の内側が切られていた。TSAはアメリカ政府のセキュリティーの為にアメリカ政府が認定しているロックであり、検査官はマスターキーを持っているはずである。何故片方は普通に開け、片方は壊したのか全くの謎。通知書には「アメリカ政府は鍵を壊すこともあるが、それについて責任を持たない」と断言している。本当に意味がわからない。怒り心頭中。

(Marc came back from US today. When we arrived and opened the suitcase, we found of baggage inspection by TSA. Puls discovered a big problem. There are 2 locks for TSA on the suitcase. One was opened by the key normally, another one was cut inside. Officers should have a master key of TSA which US government authorize for their security. We can't understand their point why they open one normally, another one should have been broken. They declare "Officers sometimes break the key if they couldn't open, but we aren't liable for damage to locks." I really don't understand their meaning. I lose control of my fury...)

Gym

最近よくジムへ行っています。400～500カロリー消費してきます。その後はサウナへ。ちょっと運動しすぎかも・・・。大学生時代からジム会員だったものの通うのはまちまちでした。しっかり週数回ジムへ通うようになったのは1年半くらい前からです。今ではすっかり代謝が良くなりました。美味しいものを食べるためにも頑張らないとね！
(I often go to gym recently. I consume 400-500kcal each time. After that, go to the sauna. A little bit too much exercises...I got membership card of gym when I was university student. It's just one and a half years ago since I have gone to gym regularly. My metabolism has been fast in the present. I have to work hard to exercise for delicious foods!!)

今日も暑い一日でした。36°超えの時間帯も。スーパーで列に並んでいると、親子がアイスの箱を開けて食べていました。レジを通す前に開封とは大胆。待ちきれなかったのね･･･。
(Today was also hot. It's sometimes more than 36 degrees. When I lined for register, a parent and child opened a ice cream box and were eating. How daring before the check! They couldn't wait any more...)

友達とランチに行ってきました。外は日差しが強く、気温も30°超えです。メトロやバスは冷房がありません。冬は雪が降るので、ここは避暑地だと思い込んでいたのは間違いでした。交通量も多いので本当に暑いです。ダウンタウンに観光客がたくさんきていました。観光シーズンの到来です。
(I went out for lunch with my friend today. Sunlight was so strong outside and the temperature was higher than 30 degrees. There are no air conditioner inside Metro and buses. I thought Montreal is summer resort because it snows in winter, but my thought was a mistake. Sensory temperature was higher because of abundant traffic. I saw many tourists at downtown.  The tourist season is coming.)

今日、マルクはダラスへ仕事の為向かいました。昨日の午後急に決まり、1週間で帰ってくるそうです。いろいろ用事があるので私は行けませーん！今年3度目の留守番です。。
(Marc left for Dallas with his work today. It's decided yesterday suddenly and he will come back after a week. I can't go because of many things to do! This time is on the third one to stay at home for me..)

Jazz festival

ダウンタウンでジャズフェスティバルが開かれています。暑い中、頑張って行ってきました。
(Jazz festival is hold at downtown. It's so warm, but we tried going there. )

La Ronde

ラ･ロンドゥという遊園地に行ってきました。ここは絶叫系のマシーンが大半です。久しぶりに乗り物酔いになりました。最初は怖かった乗り物も、だんだんと慣れてくるものですね。遊園地内で野生のモルモットを見かけました。モルモットってフランス語なんですよ。英語だとギニアピッグです。かわいかった！！
(We went to La Ronde, amusement grounds. Most of rides are scream machines. I got motion sickness. I was scared of some rides, but became used to those little by little. We saw a wild marmotte.　"Marmotte" is French. In English, it's called "Guinea pig". That's so cute!!)

Moving day

今日はカナダ建国記念日。朝、バスを待っていると、なかなか来ない。昨日ネットで、今日(祝日)は一時間に2本運行していることを確認。7時40分、8時13分、8時43分のバスがあるので8時5分にバス停へ到着し待機。ところが40分経ってもバスが来ない！！怒りながらタクシーを捕まえ駅へ。タクシー運転手にバスについての不満をグチった。
7月1日はカナダの引越しデーでもあり多くの人はこの日に引越しをする。マルクも昨晩から遠くに住む友人のところへ手伝いに行っている。もうすぐ帰ってくる予定。道路脇にはたくさんの処分用の家具、車には引越し荷物を積んだ人をよく見かける。みんな一斉に引越しなんて何か変な感じ。。
(Today is Canada day. I waited for bus this morning, but it didn't seem to come. I made sure that there are two buses every hour. Bus will be coming on 7:40, 8:13 and 8:43 and I was waiting at bus stop from 8:05 for 40 mins. But bus never came!! I took a taxi to station with mad. I complained to taxi driver about bus.
July first is Moving day and most of people move on this day. Marc also has been going to help his friend who lives far away from here. He will come back soon. I saw many furnitures for disposal on the side of road and many cars loaded with moving baggages. I felt a bit strange about Moving day all at once. )
